摘要
本文报道了用Ｍｅ、Ｃｕｅ、ＭＣ和Ｔｒｉ四种实蝇性信息素在田间诱捕监测实蝇的结果。Ｍｅ、Ｃｕｅ和ＭＣ性信息素对我省多种实蝇具有诱集作用，其中Ｍｅ性信息素的专化性最强，仅对桔小寡鬃实蝇有诱集力；Ｃｕｅ性信息素的专化性弱，对９种实蝇均具诱集作用；ＭＣ介于Ｍｅ和Ｃｕｅ两种性信息素之间。Ｍｅ和Ｃｕｅ性信息素对桔小寡鬃实蝇和瓜寡鬃实蝇的种群发生动态、地理分布具有很好的监测效果。
This Paper reported the effect of 4 pheromones,Methyl eugenol(Me),Cue-lure(Cue),Methyl Cuelure(MC) and Trimedlure(Tri)on monitoring fruit flies in field.The results indicated that the pheromones,Me. Cue and MC had attractive effect on the majority of fruit fly specie in Sichuan. Me,which had strong specificity, had attractive effect only on Dacus dorsalis,Cue,Cue,weak specificity, had effect on 9 fruit flies. The specificity of MC was between Me and cue. Me and Cue bad good effect on inspection of population trends and geographical distribution for D. dorsalis and D.cucurbitae which were important economical pests in Sichuan.
