摘要
RGS(20)的披叶性状是受一对单隐性基因控制的质量性状。以保持系珍汕97B为轮回亲本与披叶系作隔代回交至B3,经分离选择即得具97B综合性状的披叶保持系37B。同时,经连续回交把37B的各性状输入珍汕97A,即得披叶不育系37A。
The Droopy leaves of rice cultivar RGS20 was found to be a quality trait and controlled by a pair of single recessive gene. Zhenshan97B, a leading maintainer. was used as recurrent parent to cross with droopy leaf strains by unsuccessive backcrosses up to B3. Droopy leaf maintainer 37B having major agronomic characters inherited from Zhenshan97B was released. The droopy leaf trait of 37B was incorporated into Zhenshan97A female background by successive backcrosses. Then, male sterile rice line named 37A with droopy leaves was indentified.
