摘要
用抗、感病品种测交并用菌株接种亲本和杂交后代鉴定广西地方籼稻品种红谷占对白叶枯病的抗性及其遗传。结果表明,该品种对白叶枯病具有强抗性,有较大利用价值。试验结果还表明,红谷占对广西稻白叶枯病菌优势致病型Ⅳ代表菌株GXO311的抗性由一对隐性基因控制,该隐性基因与IR1545-339的隐性抗病基因等位,为xa-5,正是国际上抗性育种利用的基因,因而它可作为国内抗白叶病育种的新质源。
Resistance and gene of a Guangxi native Indica variety, Hongguzhan, to bacterial blight were identified by testcrossing with resistant and susceptible varieties and inoculating with bacterial blight strain. The result showed that the resistance of Hongguzhan to bacterial blight of rice is strong and is a valuable resistant resource. The result also showed that the resistance of Hongguzkan to Strain GXO311, X. c. pv. oryzae of Guangxi is governed by a single recessive gene, and the gene is allelic to recessive gene xa-5 in IR1545-339 which was the gene that used for foreign rice breeding of resistance.Therefore,Hongguzhan can be used as a new germplasm for rice breeding of resistance to bacterial blight in China.
