摘要 使用鲤鱼垂体PG和HCG混合激素诱导催产,干法人工授精,鲈鱼受精率为87%。受精卵为浮性圆球形,卵径1.25~1.47mm,在水温7~16℃,盐度22%的水中,经79.5h孵化出仔鱼,孵化率为65%。初出膜仔鱼长3.13mm,卵黄囊大,体上布满分枝状色素,肌节35对左右。出膜后8天,口通体外,并开始摄食微型单细胞藻体,至第19天,仔鱼成活率为35%。 Near the spawning season the fishes of Lateolabrax japonicus were injected with a mixture ofchoriogonadotropin and carp pituitary hormone,dried artificial fertilization was carried out 19 hafter the second injection,and as a result a fertilized rate of 87% was obtuined,The fertilized eggswere spherical in shape and 1.25~ 1.47 mm in diameter,and 65 % of them successfully hatchedinto fries when cultured for 79.5 hr at 7~16℃ in 22‰ salinity water.The body length of thenewly hatched larvae was 3.13 mm,their yolk sacs were rather large ,and pigments were foundseattered over their body,8 Days after hatching,the yolk sac was absorbed and their mouth opened.19 days after hatching,35 % of the fries survived.
