摘要
本文探讨了在建立社会主义市场经济体制中，乡镇企业面临着全民所有制企业转换经营机制后的挑战和经营机制的不足和退化。迫切需要完善企业组织运行机制、决策机制、自我积累与发展机制、利益分配机制、激励与约束机制、引进机制，以不断增强市场竞争力，促进乡镇企业的健康、协调、持续发展。
This article discusses the challenges that rural enterprises face in the process of theestablishment of the socialist market economy.The challenges come from,on the one hand,thetransitiOn of management mechanism of public-owned enterprises,and on the other,thedisadvantages and degression of the rural enterprises themeslves.In order to strengthen thecoimpetition ability of rural enterprises a nd to ensure their healthy,harmoniaous and sustaineddevelopment,tbe article argues,it is essential for the improvement and perfectinn of themechanisms of their organizaton and operation,decision- making,self-accumlation and self-development,division of interests.self-itimuiation and self-control and introduction.
