摘要 本文重点研究了丛生竹次生枝的扦插繁殖技术。指出次生枝扦插成活率除因竹种而异之外,主要与下列因素有关:枝龄──6月龄左右的嫩枝扦插成活率可达“60%~90%;枝级──一级次生枝扦插成活率约50%~90%;二级次生枝降至15%~40%;三级次生枝低于2%;扦插季节以春季(3月)最好,成活率为81.8%,4月以后扦插成活率下降至41.7%。此外,研究了人工促进次生枝萌发生长,营建采萌圃的技术,其主要措施是:选母竹──一年生健壮竹株,直径2cm左右为宜。截杆──在小母竹离地1.5m处截断;伤地下茎芽──阻止孕笋,促进萌枝;定──按1.0mx1.5m株行距将母竹定植于采萌圃;圃地管理。 A description is given of the cuttage of secondary branches of thickly-growing bam-boo, including the selection of cutting and time,and the function of plant growth regula-tors.A technology of establishing cuttings orchard through artificial-growth-enhancedsecondary branches has been developed.The methods applied include the application ofcomplex fertilizer to stimulate branch growth,and the separate cuttage between old andyoung branches.The average survival of cuttings was about 50% and it might be as high as95.5%.
