摘要
以原子吸收光谱法对锌合金标准物质中的铜元素定值为例,运用田口方差分析方法对定值数据进行分析处理,实现元素定值过程的质量控制。从实验设计方案的角度确定实验过程的不确定度,对溶解、等份稀释、仪器校准三部分的实验步骤分别进行数据处理,计算各部分方差波动对总实验数据波动的贡献率,从而确定最主要的不确定度来源。
The test data of copper in zinc alloy CRM measured by atomic absorption spectrometry were analysed according to Tiankou variance analysis, the measurement quality was controlled. The uncertainty of the method was defined on the basis of the experimental program design. The data about solution, dilution and instrument calibration were processed respectively. The contribution of each component to the uncertainty was calculated and the major uncertainty resource was defined.
