摘要
为谁发展 ,何谓发展 ,怎样发展 ,是科学发展观必须回答的三个重大问题 ,也是科学发展观的价值取向所在。科学发展观的“本质核心”,回答了为谁发展的问题 ,科学发展观的“三个基本点”,回答了什么是发展的问题 ,科学发展观的“基本要求”。
For whom to develop: what is development and how to develop are the three important questions in the course of China's development that must be answered by the view of scientific development, as well as the place in which the value direction about the view of scientific development lies. The " essence core" of the view of scientific development answers the question about the "three basic points" of for whom to develop and the view of scientific development; answers the question about the "basic need" of what is development and the view of scientific development; answers the question about how to develop.
