摘要
产权制度是一个国家经济制度的重要组成部分,也是一个国家政治制度的集中体现。如何在“三个代表重要思想指导下,遵循市场经济发展的客观规律,构建结构合理的产权制度,实现经济新的增长,是社会主义建设实践中的根本性问题。我国社会主义初级阶段必须坚持公有产权为主体、多种产权共同发展的产权制度,这是由中国初级阶段生产力发展水平决定的、不以人的意志为转移的客观规律。
Property right system is an important component of the state economic system, and embodies the political system of a country. It is an essential issue in socialist construction under the guidance of “three represents' to construct reasonable property right system according to the law of market economy to achieve economic increase. In the preliminary stage of socialist construction, it is a must to stick to the property right system of“developing various kinds of property right on the basis of public property right'. This is determined by the productivity level of the preliminary stage of Chinese socialist construction.
