摘要
总结海外汉学乃至整个西方文化影响的经验教训,这成为现代文学研究的前沿问题。2004年的主要进展表现在:历史意识愈加清醒;台港文学被自觉地纳入中国现当代文学范畴;通俗文学研究在争鸣中向前推进;寻绎现代文学与外国文化、外国文学的联系,翻译文学的价值愈益看重;经典重读多有收获;现代文学的史料学、文献学问题得到认真关注;文化研究进一步推向深入;学风问题引起高度重视。
To summarize the experiences and lessons of influences of overseas Chinese study and even of the whole western culture is a front-line issue in modern literature study. The progress in 2004 mainly manifests in the following aspects: the consciousness of history becomes more distinct; literature of Hong Kong and Taiwan has been taken into the category of contemporary Chinese literature; the research of exoteric literature has been forwarded in the process of contending; the relationships between modern literature and foreign culture and literature have been pursued, and importance has been attached to the value of translated literature; great achievement has been made in rereading classic works; concern has been given to historical data and philology; the study of culture has been further deepened; and the style of study has been highly emphasized.
