摘要
为研制肝内胆管结石模型,将实验兔分为4组:①正常对照组,②单纯胆总管内注菌组,③单纯胆总管结扎组,④胆总管结扎加注菌组。实验结果显示,第1、2组均未形成结石,第4组的成石率为60.0%,明显高于第3组(25.0%)。结石实验兔的受累肝脏和胆道系统均有不同程度的化脓性变化,胆汁成分有明显改变,讨论了其对结石的影响。
In order to establish an animal model of intrahepatic calculi, rabbits were divided into 4 experimental groups:(l)normal controls, (2) bacteria injected into the common duct, (3) simple ligation of the common duct,(4)ligation of the common duct with bacteria injected. The results showed that, stones were produced in groups 3 and 4, the rate of stone formation in group 4 (60%) was higher than in group 3 (25%). Purulent changes in various degree were demonstrated in the affected portions of the hepatobiliary system, and the influence of these changes upon the stone formation process is discussed.
