摘要
渔船柴油机的水冷系统,通常由于受水本身的性质限制,使冷却水的出口温度较低,从而降低了柴油机的热效率,增加了缸套的腐蚀;而机油的沸点较高,常大于180℃,因此,采用机油冷却代替水冷却,无疑是较理想的冷却系统。
In the this paper,the possibility of the oil cooling system replacing the water cooling system of the marine diesel engine is preliminarily investigated. An experimental investigation was carried out on themodel 2135B diesel engine,the result indicates that fuel consumption of the engine with oil cooling system can be decreased less than that with water coolng system.
