VA菌根真菌对棉花磷素吸收及生长的效应 被引量:10

摘要 采用 ̄(32)P示踪技术研究了盆载和田间条件下接种VA菌根真菌对棉花生长、吸收磷素及产量的影响。结果表明,接种VA菌根真菌能够增加棉花对土壤固有磷素和肥料磷的吸收,提高棉花对磷肥的利用率,促进棉花生长,提高单株结铃数,增加籽棉产量。田间接种菌根真菌可起到节省磷肥、提高磷肥效益的作用。 A study on the effect of inoculating with two Vescular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi :Glomus mosseae ,Sclerocystis sinuosa on the growth ,yield and its constituted facts ,P uptake of cotton was carried out with  ̄(32) P tracing method under sterilized and unsterilized pot cul- ture ,microplot field experiment conditions. The pot culture experiment indicated that the two VAM fungi enhenced cotton to absorb more P either deriving from soil or deriving from fertilizer,and increased the dry weight and the rate of utilization of P fertilizer of cotton. The microplot field experiment indicated that the yield of unginned fiber of inoculated with Glo- mus mosseae was significantly higher than that of control when soil available P was lower be- cause the number of cotton bolls of per seedling was increased。
