摘要
本文从解决消除切削力测量过程中向间干扰的实际问题出发,提出了向间补偿原理,引出并定义了向间补偿系数这一重要概念。应用本补偿原理自行设计的补偿器曾长期地反复地用于各种测力传感器、测力仪和测力装置,达到了消除线性向间干扰的预期效果。这样对于线性向间干扰补偿的普通性问题便在理论上和实践上得到了根本解决。
In this paper,the working principle and the technique of the three component voltage compensators used to eliminate cross interference are described. This paper also gives in detail the definitions of the cross compensating coefficient,the design of the analogue operational circuit used to eliminate cross interference between the three cutting component forces,the characteristics of the circuit,and the method of determining the cross compensating coeffici ents.
