摘要
本文综合了相关分析的多种方法以及一般系列和含特大值不连续洪水系列统计参数的计算问题，探讨了含特小值不连续枯水系列统计参数计算公式的建立和应用，并给出多种情况下系统进行相关分析和频率分析的计算程序。
In view of hydrological analysis and computation concerned with the planning anddesign of water supply and sewerage engineering, many correlation analysis methods arereviewed and the calculation of statistical parameters for general series and noncontinuous flood series including extraordinary flood value are briefly described. Particularly,the establishment and application of statistical formulae for noncontinous low-flow series including extra minimum value are discussed. Finally a computer program is givenwith which systematic calculation of correlation and frequency analysis can be carriedout in many hydrological cases.
