鍋爐管簇前氣室輻射放热计算方法

摘要 本文评述了苏联现行“锅炉机组热力计算标准方法”有关锅炉管簇前气室辐射放热计算方法在实际应用中存在的问题.在综合考虑到气室辐射及管簇辐射放热的基础上,提出了气室辐射放热对于对流管簇辐射放热系数产生附加值的计算式。为了进一步简便计算,本文还提出了其简化计算式。该简化计算式包含了燃料品种,受热面结构及运行参数等因素,并应用电子计算机在相当广泛的应用数值区间进行逐步回归分析后得出,它适用于燃用我国广泛燃料品种的各类型锅炉机组的热力计算。 This article comments on the section of the Soviet Union boiler thermal calculation standard method. In this section calculation rules of the radiation cavity heat-transfer following tube bank have been made And it points out the problems in the practicac use. Based on taking the radiation heat transfer into comprehensive consideration, the author puts forward to the formula of additive value for tube bank radiation heat transfer coefficient. In order to simplify calculation, this paper also puts the simplify formula, which include fuel sort, cavity- tube bank structue and operation gas parameter. And it is made with step by step regression analysis method and by computer. The regress analysis is treated under wide-ranging parameter value. It can be used for boiler thermal calculation of all kinds in our country.
