摘要
在多项实际科研工作的基础上，根据ＤＳＳ的功能要求和实际决策的需要，同时考虑决策过程各阶段的特点，从理论上研究和提出了一个支持决策全过程的ＤＳＳ的构造技术模型。它实质上给出了一整套的ＤＳＳ构造技术。针对某实际问题，应用该模型生成一组ＤＳＳ构造技术，即可有效地建设特定的ＤＳＳ。应用该模型技术可以生成在决策全过程上给决策者以支持的ＤＳＳ，也可以根据需要生成在某些决策环节上给决策者提供支持的ＤＳＳ。
One of the performance objectives of DSS is that a DSS should support all phases of the decisionmaking process,After concluding the achievements of several research projects,a theoretical modelnamed“The Generation Model for DSS Supporting All phases of the Decision Making Process”(Abbr.GMSPDM)is proposed,and the technical elements of the model are also analyzed.In essence,themodel can provide a group of DSS techniques. Given an actual problem,a group of DSS techniquesare generated from the model,and through some specific operation,a specific decision support systemis established.A decision support system supporting all phases of the decision making process can beconstructed, or a decision support system supporting some phases of the decision making process can beestablished,by making use of the model.
