摘要
采用辊轮对航空铸镁机轮表面进行滚压强化是提高机轮疲劳性能和提高生产率的最经济的强化手段,而滚压力是滚压工艺参数中最主要的参数.本文对滚压力作了理论探讨,分析了滚压时变形区和应力分布状态,推导出滚压力的计算公式,并对所推导的公式进行了初步验证.研究指出,滚压力由流动极限σs,辊轮尺寸ρ,R及送进量△h决定.
In order to enstrength and improve the fatigue strength of the airplane Wheels thatare made of casting magnesium,the rolling of the wheel surface has been adopted. The rolling force is the most important one of the all rolling parameters.The rolling force of airPlane wheel has been studied theoretically. The deformation zone and the state of stress distribution during rolling have been analyzed, and the formula for calculating rolling force has also been derived and verified with experiment.The conclusion of the study Shows that the rolling force is depended on flow limit σs,roller size ρand feed △h.
