摘要
在知识经济条件下 ,高等院校具有重要的地位 ,高等院校的干部具有重要的作用。高等院校干部必须提高综合素质才能适应知识经济条件下高校的管理工作。必须通过多种途径提高高校干部的素质。
Under the condition of intellectual economy, colleges and universities have important position and the cadres at them have important action.Only by heightening their synthetical quality can the cadres suit the needs of management work at colleges and universities under the condition of intellectual economy. We must heighten the quality of the cadres at colleges and universities by different ways.
