摘要
为了提高获取的三维模型精度,分析和测量了出现在三维图像处理设备上的电磁干扰信号。论述了设备中电磁骚扰源、骚扰途径和敏感设备的物理特点,并进行了电磁兼容预测计算。根据分析和计算通过接地、隔离、滤波、屏蔽的方法逐个进行了符合设备电磁兼容规范的电磁兼容性设计,并且最终达到了使设备符合电磁兼容性规范的设计要求。
In order to improve the precision of the obtained 3D model,it analyses and measures the EMI on the equipment of 3D image processing.First of all,the physics characteristics of the electromagnetic interferes source and the electromagnetic interfere transmitting roads and the sensitive circuits which is easily wounded by interferes are analyzed in detail.And then,through calculating the interfere voltage in the grounding loop,the electromagnetic interfere transmitting roads could be confirmed.Depending on the analysis and calculation,the EMC designing methods,such as grounding,isolating,shield and filtering,could be used to make the EMC goals satisfied on the equipment of image processing.
