摘要
将从生产CS2厂内的土壤中分离得到的硫杆菌固定在生物滴滤塔的填料上,组成生物滴滤塔反应系统,研究了入口CS2气体浓度、进气流量、喷淋量对CS2去除效率的影响。结果表明,在填料层高度420mm、停留时间50s、进口质量浓度低于800mg/m3时,生化去除效率达90%以上。
A strain of Thiobacillus isolated from the soil in a factory producing carbon disulfide was immobilized on packing materials of tricklebed to form a biological tricklebedexperimental system.The effects of inlet carbon disulfide concentration,inlet gas flow rate,and spray liquid were studied. The results indicated that when the packing height was 420mm, residence time was 50s,in let concentration lower than 800mg/m3, the biodegradation efficiency amounted to above 90%.
