摘要
版权保护制度是《与贸易有关的知识产权协定》 (TRIPS)中的重要内容之一 ,分析该制度的内容及其对中国版权保护制度的影响 。
The institution of copyright protection is one of the important contents in TRIPS. There are some developments besides the inheritance of former convention. This paper examines the institution contents and its influence on Chinese copyright protection and puts forward some relative countermeasures.
