摘要
嗜酸粒细胞增多综合征是一种高致死率的异质性嗜酸粒细胞增多性疾病。近年来国外有不少研究小组尝试采用甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗嗜酸粒细胞增多综合征,本文就其临床研究情况及可能的作用机制作一综述。
