2001年4月,中美发生撞机事件,在两国间引发了一场危机。在双方共同努力下,这场危机较快地得到了化解。撞机事件给两国关系带来严重损害,但也加速了中美关系的磨合过程。从危机管理的角度认真总结事件的经验教训,对于中关关系的未来发展具有重要意义。
In April 2001 the collision of Chinese and U.S. military aircraft soon triggered a crisis between the two countries. With concerted effort, the crisis was brought under control and resolved. The incident caused serious damage to Sino-U.S. relations, but it also accelerated the process of mutual understanding. A summary of the lessons from this experience from the perspective of crisis management is of great significance to the development of future Sino-American relations.
