Inspection to Vibration Occurs from Shearer Based on ARM7

摘要 介绍了针对井下采煤机工作现场振动检测而开发的基于ARM7嵌入式微机的检测仪器。本设计基于ARM7TDMI芯片S3C44BOX微控制器,前端传感器采用IMEMS加速度传感器,将现场振动信号记录在仪器内的CF卡上,待上井后用PC机对CF卡内的现场数据进行后期的分析与处理。 The paper introduces a kind of inspecting instrument with embedded microcomputer based on ARM7, which is developed aiming at spot inspection to vibration occurs from silo shearer. S3C44BOX microcontroller of ARM7TDI chip is made as CUP of the instrument, IMEMSacceleration sensor is made as foreside sensor, spot vibration signal can be saved into CF card of instrument, spot data in which will be analyzed and treated by personal computer later after up to ground.
