摘要
对聚合物驱采油废水的水质特征进行了分析。探讨了聚合物驱采油废水的三种利用途径,其中作为配制聚合物用水循环使用是最理想的用途。用频繁倒电极电渗析对油田含聚合物废水进行脱盐处理,脱盐率达到81.9%,达到配制聚合物的用水标准。产水配制聚合物溶液粘度优于清水,完全可以代替清水回用于聚合物驱油。
The samples of polymer flooding oil-extraction wastewater were examined. Three kinds of reusing approaches were discussed and believed that circulated reuse for polymer preparation might be the best way. The wastewater will be desalinated at least 81. 9% to meet the water reuse standard for polymer preparation by way of pole-reversing electrodialysis at field, in this time the polarity of the electrodes of the electrodialysis facility have to be alternated frequently. The viscidity of the reused water is better than the fresh water, so it may be suitable for oil-extraction instead of fresh water.
