摘要
目的 研究食胃宁合剂的制备、质量控制与临床应用。方法 确定食胃宁合剂的处方、制备工艺、质量标准,并观察其对消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效。结果 治疗组PU4 0 8例,溃疡愈合率90 .2 % ,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率79.4 % ;对照组112例,溃疡愈合率75 .0 % ,Hp清除率6 0 .7%。胃炎治疗组312例,Hp清除率92 .3% ;对照组4 0例,Hp清除率6 0 .0 %。经卡方检验,有显著差异(P<0 .0 1)。结论 本品制备简便,质量可靠,疗效满意。
Objective To study the preparation,quality control and clinical application of shiweining mixture.Methods Prescription,preparation technique,quality standards of the mixture were identified,and its effect for peptic ulcer was observed.Results In treated group of 408 PU patients,the healing rate of ulcer was 90.2%,the clearance of Hp was 79.4%,the healing rate of ulcer and the Hp clearance were respectively 7.5% and 60.7% in control group (P<0.01).The Hp clearance were respectively 92.3% and 60.0% in treated gastritis group of 312 patients and in non-treated gastritis of 40 patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The shiweining mixture has convenient technique,reliable quality and satisfactory healing effect.
