摘要
20 世纪 90 年代以来,由于技术、经济制度、国际环境和国内经济状态的改变,日本传统的企业治理结构开始发生变化。目前,这种变化主要表现为日本企业治理结构中的经营者、所有者、银行的地位与作用的变化。
The traditional business governance structure of Japan has begun to change as a result of the changes in technology, economic system, international environment and domestic economic situation since the 1990s. These changes, lately, find their expression chiefly in the variation of the position and function of the managers and owners in the business rectification structure and of banks of Japan.
