人肾脏尿酸盐转运的分子机制研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 90 %以上的原发性高尿酸血症是因肾脏对尿酸盐的排泄减少所致。肾脏对尿酸盐的排泄主要包括肾小球的滤过、近曲肾小管的重吸收和主动分泌。近年来研究发现 ,有 4个尿酸盐转运蛋白参与了近曲肾小管对尿酸盐的重吸收和主动分泌 ,目前这 4种转运蛋白已相继在肾脏克隆成功 ,他们分别位于肾小管的顶膜和基底膜 。
