腹膜和血液透析联合治疗慢性肾衰竭 被引量：1

摘要 血液透析 (Hemodialysis,HD)和腹膜透析 (PeritonealDialysis ,PD)作为慢性肾衰竭 (ChronicRe nalFailure,CRF)晚期替代疗法无可动摇的有效手段 ,由于透析理论的完善和透析技术的不断提高 ,近年来临床对HD和PD的疗效评价出现一定争议。多数学者仍将HD作为初始选择的主要模式 ,但部分学者认为将PD作为首选 ,是更合理的治疗程序 。
