FEJS160电磁制动双速三相异步电动机是为纺织机械—精梳机改型设计的主电机,由1台电机代替原先2台电机工作,经济成本大为降低。解决远极比4/24的磁密设计和冲片强度设计。样机经工业运行试验,达到了可靠的使用效果。
FFJS260 three-phase,double-speed electro-magnetic brake asynchronous motor is used as the main drivingmotor of the comb machines.As it is able to replace the func-tion of previous two motors,the cost will be reduced greatly.Also,the redesign solves the problems of great ratio of poleschange 4/24 as well as intensity of lamination sheets.The pro-totype of motors proves its reliable operation after industrialoperational test.
