摘要
提出了一种新型的双层压电结构超声波传感器,借助于电端加权的方法对其频率特性进行控制,从而获得了具有良好三频或频带特性控制的超声波传感器,文中从理论上进行了分析,并在2MHz频率范围内进行了实测验证,理论与实测吻合较好.
A new type of ultrasonic transducer of triple frequency or broad band operauon is developedwith the piled piezoelectric discs of same thickness, which are electrically weighted for controlling thefrequency characteristics. Theoretical analysis is made and experimental verification is performed at afrequency around 2 MHz. It is further demonstrated that the theory is well coincided with themeasured result.
