摘要
优良的投资者关系管理不仅能增强上市公司的活力和吸引力,提升公司的核心竞争力,还对公司在资本市场上的整体形象起着至关重要的作用。20世纪 90年代末,IRM开始得到国内上市公司、证券管理机构和理论研究人员的关注。但由于实施历程短以及制度不完善等诸多原因,我国的投资者关系管理还需要在以下一些方面进行大力发展和完善:上市公司须树立对全体投资者的诚信意识,主动拓宽与投资者的沟通渠道;搭建IRM信息平台,建立完善的信息披露机制;建立独立的投资者关系部门,同时提倡IRM工作的专业化、代理制;建立和完善上市公司实施IRM的评价标准等。
Investor relationship management is one of the most important strategic administration behaviors that maximize the value of the listed companies of our country. Starting with recommending advanced experience of foreign IRM, this paper elaborates the necessity of implementing IRM and analyses some obstacles of implementing IRM of the listed companies, and puts forward the strategy in allusion to the listed companies of our country. Furthermore, this paper explains in detail the strategic ideas of how to set up the information platform which can interact with investors and how to set up the evaluation standard of implementing IRM of the listed companies.
