摘要
利用数字式扫描电镜中图象处理系统的各种功能,对淬火球墨铸铁试样的组织进行了图象处理和测量。研究结果表明:就目前而论,利用其中的平滑化处理、锐化处理、数学运算等各种功能可以获得优良的电镜图象,并可对特定微观形貌进行各种参数的测量和分析。
A digital scanning electron microscopy with an image processing system was used to treat and characterize the microstructures of the quenched nodular cast iron. It was shown that different image enhancement methods, i.e., accentuation or sharpening of image features in the system were available to analyze and characterize the microstructurcs of the cast iron, and the result is excellent.
