摘要
在含20.5a%Al的Ni3Al合金中加入铈的研究结果表明:(1)含饰量大约高于0.04wt%合金的冷轧性能很差,无法轧成薄材;(2)含铈量为0.011wt%的Ni3Al合金,在550℃等温120h和1200℃等温0.5h的室温延伸率可达16%,σb为900MPa左右,断口为穿晶断裂形貌,综合机械性能好;而750℃等温40h和1000℃等温1h的室温延伸率仅为3%,σb为500MPa左右,断口为沿晶形貌,综合机械性能差。
Our study on Ni3Al alloy containing 20.5at% of Al after addition of ceriumshows: 1)For the alloy with cerium of more than 0.04wt% added,it behaves bad in coldrolling and can't be rolled into light sheets;2)For the alloy with cerium of 0. 011wt%added,when it is in the room temperature of 550C with isothermal 120h and 1200'C withisothermal 0. 5h respectively, its specific elongation can be up to 16%, is about 900MPa, the rapture assumes a transcrystalline profile and the combining mechanical behaviour is good,but when it is in the room temperatures of 750'C with isothermal 40h and1000'C with isothermal lh respectively,its specific elongation is only 3%,oh is about 500MPa,the rapture assumes a intergranular profile and the combining mech 'ical behaviouris rather weak.
