摘要
基于对当前电力产业的市场结构特性及发电侧实际交易模式的分析,全面探讨了电力产业卖方市场势力形成的原因及对电力市场的影响,给出了降低发电侧市场势力的思路和途径,以期对电力监管、电力市场的公平交易及未来电力市场结构及机制的完善给予指导。
This paper analyzes market structure characteristics of current electric power industry and actual dealing modes of electicity narket. Based on above analyses results the paper discusses reasons producing seller’s market power of electric power industry and the effects of it on electric power market. Then, it offers measures reducing the ~seller's market power. The resuts of analyses will be expected to direct electric power regulation and ensure electric power market trade equitable, and improve market structure and dealing mechanism of electric power industry.
