摘要
近年,教师发展从实体思维范式逐渐转变为实践思维取向。这具体表现为:在教师发展目标上,从关注客观知识转向重视教师的实践智慧;在教师发展内容上,从关注纯粹理性到重视教师的情感之维;在教师发展资源上,从关注外部资源到重视教师的个人生活;在教师的发展场所上,从忽视到关注教师的工作现场。这为我国的教师教育提供了新的思考与启示。
In recent years,it has been gradually a new trend from episteme to phronesis in teacher development. It has been changed from objected knowledge to teaching wisdom in the goal of teacher development,from rationality to emotional dimension in the content of teacher development,from outside facilitators to teacher's personal life in the resources of teacher development,and from neglecting to laying emphasis on the work-site in the site of teacher development,which can provide some reference for teacher education in China.
