摘要
报道了利用一种钢质模具在PVC底板上制作一次性碳质膜电极的新方法,并在此基础上探讨了影响该膜电极制备及其电化学特性的一些物理因素和化学因素.研究结果表明,用此方法制作的电极易于对其进行修饰,并用其做循环伏安扫描和电化学发光研究,表现出较好的电化学可逆性(ipa/ipc=1 16)、电化学发光重现性(RSD=1 5%,cLu=2.0×10-6mol/L,n=8)以及较好的灵敏度.
A novel method for fabricating disposable carbon film electrode by using a steel mould in PVC soleplate is put forward . Based on this idea, some physical and chemical factors, which have the effect on preparation and electrochemical traits of electrodes, are discussed. The results show that electrodes prepared in this method, are easy to be modified, and cyclic Voltammetry scanning experiments and electro-chemiluminescence study are done with better electrochemical reversibility(i_(pa)/i_(pc)=116), and better electro-chemiluminescence reproducibility(RSD=1.5%, c_(Lu)=2.0×10^(-6)mol/L,n=8)and sensitivity.
