摘要
目的 讨论高分辨率CT(HRCT)对弥漫性肺疾病的诊断价值。方法 选择弥漫性肺疾病 2 7例 ,采用GEHispeedNX/I多层螺旋CT机 ,常规扫描后 ,在感兴趣区域加扫 4~ 8层HRCT。矩阵 5 12× 5 12。层厚 2mm ,扫描时间 0 8s ,Pitch 1 5 ,电流 180mA ,电压 15 0kV ,骨算法高分辨率算法。重建范围DFOV2 5 0~ 36 0mm ,重建层厚 1mm ,重迭率 70 % ,窗宽WW - 15 0 0Hu ,窗位WL - 6 70Hu进行观察。结果 结节性阴影 12例 ,线状或网状阴影 11例 ,蜂窝状阴影观察 7例 ,磨玻璃状阴影或肺间质改变 5例 ,小叶性气肿6例。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value for diffusive pulmonary disease (DPD) with high resolution CT (HRCT). Methods 27 cases of DPD patient were selected to detect with GE. The detail data that performed on CT and construction were described in the paper. Results There were 12 cases of nodular mass, 11 cases of reticular mass, 7 cases of honeycomb mass, 5 cases of lung interstitial change and 6 cases of lobular emphysema. Conclusion There might be high rate to diagnose the diffused lung disease with HRCT.
