为调动全民抗战的积极性,争取中华民族的最后胜利,中国共产党在山东革命根据地实施了一系列社会保障措施,重点在社会优抚、社会救济、社会保险和社会福利等方面展开工作。这项政策改善了人民生活,扩大了中国共产党的影响,增强了人民军队的战斗力,为山东人民取得抗日战争的胜利奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to arouse the enthusiasm of the Chinese people for Anti-Japanese War, strive for the final victories of Chinese nation, CPC implemented a series of social security measures in Shandong Anti-Japanese base area with a focus on giving preferential treatment compensation and comfort, social relief, social insurance and social welfare. These policies have improved the people's living standard, expanded the Party's influence, strengthened the fighting capacity of the people's army, and laid a solid foundation for Shandong people to achieve the victory of Anti-Japanese War.
