摘要
我国法治社会的建设,客观上要求高校环境下接受教育的大学生群体应成为法律主流文化的承载者。法律文化的社会化是目前高校为社会培养合格成员所必须承担的基本任务。为此,教育者应树立正确的教育目的并采取行之有效的教育手段,培养大学生的法律文化观念,提高大学生的法律文化素养,使法治社会倡导的基本价值理念根植于受教育者心中,最终养成其法律理性思维方式和行为模式。
The construction of the society of rule of law requests the group of college students in campus are the main-stream bearers of legal culture.The socialization of legal culture is the prinary task for the college to bring up qualifed members for the society at present.Consequently,educators should setpu correct educational purpose and take effective manners.The idea of legal culture should be formed;the legal artistic appreciation of the college students should be improved.The basic values and ideology of legal society.should be rooted in the students and eventually legal rational thinking way and behaviour mode are cultivated.
