摘要
延安时期中国共产党非常重视干部教育工作 ,把在职教育和学校教育相结合 ,以培养德才兼备的高素质干部队伍为标准 ,开展大规模干部教育工作 ,坚决反对干部教育中的主观主义和教条主义倾向 ,倡导理论联系实际的马克思主义学风 ,加强组织领导 ,形成科学的运行机制 ,采用灵活多样的方法 。
The CPC paid great attention on leaders education in Yan'an Period. It was emphasized that continuous training and formal education should be in union then. The standard was that leader should have potency with professional and moral knowledge. The leader education should follow such tips: Most leaders should receive training; The trends to Subjectivism and dogmatism was forbidden; The Marxist learning style of connecting of praxis and theory was declared; Strong organization, scientific mechanism and various methods were needed. All of the above dissolved successfully the problems as to how to train leaders and what leaders to train.
