摘要
热轧带钢的厚度精度是产品质量的重要指标 ,文章结合数学模型和工程日志对生产中影响带钢头部厚度的原因进行了分析 ,得出轧制温度是影响厚度的主要原因。计算了温度对厚度影响的程度。结合生产实际操作指出了提高头部厚度精度的方法。
The thickness precision is a main quality index of the hot rolled strip. Using the mathematic model and the engineering log, the factors affecting the head thickness precision are analyzed and a conclusion that the rolling temperature is the main factor is got. Then the degree of the influence of the temperature on the precision is calculated and combined with the actual production process, a method of improving the precision is put forward.
