摘要
多年来 ,虽然民族自治地方政府在依法行政中取得了重要成就 ,但必须看到 ,民族自治地方政府在依法行 政中还存在着许多问题。这就需要针对现存问题 ,提出相应的对策措施 ,进一步推进民族自治地方政府依法行政的步伐 。
In the many years, although the regional government of national autonomy have achieved great accomplishment in the legal administration, it must be seen, there are many issues in it. Therefor, it needs to focus on these extant problems, and further put forward feasible countermeasures, pushing on the step of legal administrations of the regional government of national autonomy, and creat the conditions for astablishing statutory government in national autonomic regions.
