摘要
采用电冶重熔法 ,并引入稀土改性制备RE WC 钢基复合材料 ,研究了复合材料的显微缺陷、硬质相的存在状态、合金性能。实验结果显示 :RE WC 钢基复合材料中未观察到脏孔和游离石墨 ,与未加稀土的WC 钢基合金相比孔隙率明显下降 ,WC颗粒的孤立度提高 。
The RE-WC-steel composite was prepared with secondary electrowinning by modifying the property of rare earth. The micro-defect of composite, the state of hard phase and property of alloy all have been studied. The result shows that no dirty vent and free graphite had been found in the RE-WC-steel composite. Compared with the alloy without rare earth element, the porosity of the RE-WC-steel composite was obviously lower, and the solitarity of WC particles had been enhanced and the wearability had been improved.
