NF-κB与类风湿性关节炎 被引量：3

摘要 转录因子核因子 κB(nuclearfactor κB ,NF κB)是普遍存在的真核细胞转录因子 ,在机体免疫反应和细胞增殖等方面发挥中心调节作用。在类风湿性关节炎 (RA)的病理机制中 ,NF κB的异常活化与滑膜组织炎性增生及其对关节局部组织的侵蚀密切相关 ,为以NF κB为作用靶点治疗RA提供了理论依据。
