摘要
目前的无甲醛整理剂不能完全取代2D树脂,本试验选用自制的无甲醛整理剂WZ,对其应用性能进行了探讨.通过分析经WZ和2D树脂处理后棉织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力,证明该整理剂的整理效果优于2D树脂,其完全可以取代2D树脂,是1种发展前景广阔的无甲醛整理剂.
Actually the formaldehyde-free finishes can not replace the dihydroxydihydroxymethyl-ethylene- urea resin (2D resin). Hence an author-made formaldehyde-free finish WZ was selected for the study of its application properties. It was shown, by analyzing the crease recovery and breaking strength of the cotton fabrics finished with WZ and 2D resins, that WZ was better than 2D resin, could be used to replace 2D resin, and was a promising formaldehyde-free finishing agent.
