摘要 快速、准确、高效的过程建模对于化工及相关过程的合成、设计、监控、优化等越来越重要。而过程仿真器是实现过程建模的一个很重要的工具。在工业现场实际应用时需要使用多个仿真软件。不同的仿真软件在互用性、重用性和可扩展性上存在很大的障碍。该文在分析当前过程工业仿真软件存在问题的基础上 ,介绍了开放式计算机辅助过程工程的体系结构、模块划分、软件设计与实现的方法和工具。通过生物污水处理过程应用实例 。 Quick, accurate, and effective process modeling is increasingly vital for the synthesis, design, monitoring and optimization of chemical and related processes. Process simulators are important tools for process modeling. In practical applications of industrial fields, many simulation softwares are needed. Different simulators have difficulties in the interoperability, reusability and extendability. Because of the disadvantages of project-oriented characteristics of process simulation softwares, the paper introduces the existing common system structure of CAPE-OPEN, classification modules and methods or tools of software design and implementation. By simulating the wastewater treatment process based on CAPE-OPEN, it shows the advantages of CAPE-OPEN and accumulates experiences for simulation softwares of open structure.
