预防仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻卵黄抗体的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻病的致病机理主要与产肠毒素性大肠杆菌(ETEC)菌毛介导的粘附作用和肠毒素的产生与释放密切相关。通过特异性免疫生产的鸡卵黄抗体,是预防仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻病的一种新的方法;而且能有效降低仔猪的腹泻发生率,并提高仔猪的增重。文中综述了国内外用鸡卵黄抗体防治仔猪大肠杆菌腹泻的研究进展,讨论了现阶段鸡卵黄抗体存在的不足,并提出基因工程技术在卵黄抗体研制开发中的应用前景。 Diarrhoea of neonatal and post-weaning piglets strongly related with the fimbriae mediated adhesion and toxins producing ability of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). It is a new method to use chicken egg-yolk antibodies in preventing piglets diarrhoea. Administrations of chicken egg-yolk antibodies to prevent infection due to ETEC in pigs were used in some trial. The results of these trials demonstrated that chicken egg-yolk antibodies are highly effective at reducing the incidence and severity of diarrhoea, and increasing liveweight gains. This simple review focus on application studies of chicken egg-yolk antibodies in this field around the world; and discusses its short-coming presently; then put forwarding the prospect of genetic engineering technology in this field.
