摘要
制备一种新型的耐水、防开裂墙体用干粉腻子,通过在配方中掺加渗透结晶物质与聚合物,提高了腻子的耐水性能;干粉腻子中的聚合物与水泥水化物形成空间立体网状结构,使得腻子成为一个致密的整体;同时加入聚丙烯纤维,提高了腻子的防开裂性能。系统地讨论了腻子的施工性、干燥时间、打磨性、耐水性、耐碱性、粘结强度、抗渗性等性能。该腻子适用于内外墙。
In this paper,a new kind of dry powder putty with waterproofing and anti-cracking properties was introduced.By using some live chemical compounds and the polymer powder emulsions,the putty showed the good property of waterproofing and anti-cracking.The powder emulsion of polymers in the cement formed the cross-linking structures in the hydrates.With the help of polypropylene fibers,the ability of anti-cracking of the putty was improved successfully.Some characters of the putty were systematically researched such as drying time,polishing,waterproofing,alkaline resisting,adhesive strength,anti-permeability etc.This putty could both be used for exterior wall and interior wall.
